• What is FAYNT Club?

    With our FAYNT Club you will receive bonus points called coins for every purchase as well as many other activities on our website. Until 250 coins you will be unlocked for our "Bronze" level, from 250 points for the "Silver" level and from 500 points on you will be a "Gold" member. You will receive great gifts and discounts with each level. The only requirement for participation is the registration of a customer account. You can find detailed information about the different ways to collect coins and the ranking on our FAYNT Club info page or under the menu point "FAYNT Club".

  • What is the difference between Status and Club Coins?

    In our VIP program we differentiate between Status Coins and Club Coins. Status Coins determine your status at FAYNT, i.e. whether you are Bronze, Silver or Gold, and are reset annually on January 1st. Status points are the sum of all your received points within one year and increase with every successfully completed points activity. The status you achieve at the end of the year remains valid for the following year. You can redeem bonus points for rewards, for example for vouchers in the shop. Your rewards points may vary depending on whether you gain new points for activities or spend them on rewards. Club Coins expire 12 months after you have collected them. So redeem them quickly! You can view your Club Coins at any time in our widget on our info page and your account page. The widget is located on the left and bottom of your screen on each of these pages. Your Status Coins and status can also be found in the widget under the "My Activities" tab.

  • Where can I see my current status?

    You can view your current status or rank at any time in the "My Activities" tab of the widget on our info page and on your account page. The widget can be found on the left and bottom of the screen on these pages, or alternatively on the FAYNT Club page by clicking the "Open VIP Widget" button. Until 250 coins on you are automatically "Bronze", from 250 coins on "Silver" and from 500 coins on "Gold".

  • Where do I see my current score?

    You can view your current score at any time by using the VIP widget on our info page and your account page. The widget can be found on the left and bottom of the screen on these pages, or alternatively on the VIP page by clicking the "Open VIP Widget" button. Your coins are permanently displayed at the top of the VIP widget, your status coins can be found in the "My activities" tab of the widget.

  • How can I collect points?

    You can find detailed information about the possibilities to collect points on our info page about the VIP program.

  • How do I redeem my Coins?

    You can redeem your Reward Coins for various gifts in our shop. You can always see which gifts are offered for how many points by going to the "My Benefits" tab of the VIP widget on our info page and your account page. The widget can be found on the left or bottom edge of the screen on these pages. On the VIP page, the widget can also be opened by clicking on the button "Open VIP Widget".

  • I have just created an account but I have ordered before. Will I retroactively receive Coins?

    Your coins should be added even if you were not logged in during the ordering process. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours until your coins are added to your account. If the coins are not added after this timeframe, please contact our customer service. Please send us your order number so we can help you as soon as possible.

  • I have not been credited any points, what is the reason for this?

    The reason that no coins have been added to your account may be that you either do not have an account with us or that you were not logged into your account during the checkout process. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours until your coins are added to your account. If the coins are not added after this timeframe, please contact our customer service.
